US Licensed Pharmacovigilance Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmacovigilance services, the full-time US Licensed Pharmacovigilance Manager will lead and develop teams, oversee project delivery, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee pharmacovigilance projects and team operations to ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes
• Manage project delivery against agreed timelines, quality expectations, and budgeted scope of work
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, providing ongoing guidance to promote high performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, nursing, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of global pharmacovigilance experience in pre-approval clinical trials
• At least 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a mentorship or people leadership capacity
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial safety processes and pharmacovigilance regulations
• Proficiency in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
