U.S. Licensed Wallet Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and technical implementation of digital wallet, deposit account, and debit card programs, the full-time U.S. Licensed Wallet Program Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of wallet and card solutions, ensuring compliance with U.S. banking regulations and optimizing product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for deposit accounts and digital wallet capabilities
• Design and oversee the integration of internal systems with sponsor banks and payment processors
• Manage relationships with sponsor banks and ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or digital banking, particularly in the U.S. market
• Hands-on experience with U.S. debit card issuing programs and digital wallet integrations
• Knowledge of U.S. payment rails and consumer banking regulations
• Experience working with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) partners and core banking platforms
• Strong ability to translate strategy into scalable product solutions
