U.S. Medical Biller

Job Summary

To support U.S.-based clinics, the full-time remote U.S. Medical Biller will manage the submission of clean claims, follow up on denials, and reconcile accounts while collaborating with internal teams and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities

• Submitting clean claims efficiently and accurately for assigned clinics
• Following up on denials and rejections with urgency and clarity
• Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and building internal billing documentation

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of U.S. medical billing experience, including full-cycle billing
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and workers' comp
• Familiarity with billing systems like Office Ally, Availity, Kareo, or Epic
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and EOBs/ERAs
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with clinic staff
