U.S. or Canada Licensed General Counsel
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, the full-time U.S. or Canada Licensed General Counsel will lead all legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance activities while managing both Legal and Regulatory Affairs teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global legal and regulatory strategy aligned with company objectives
- Oversee corporate legal matters, including contracts, governance, and compliance with domestic and international laws
- Lead the global spectrum strategy and regulatory engagement with agencies, ensuring compliance and representation in policy discussions
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in the United States or Canada
- 15+ years of progressively responsible legal leadership experience
- Significant experience supporting executive leadership and Boards of Directors
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance and international business law
