U.S. Payroll Director

Job Summary

Leading payroll operations across 32 countries, the full-time Regional Payroll Director, Americas will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery while managing a diverse team and collaborating with various departments in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll delivery across the Americas, managing regional teams and external providers
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations, including year-end reporting and employee tax statements
• Lead payroll accounting processes, partnering with finance teams to ensure accurate financial close and reporting

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• At least 10 years of progressive payroll experience with significant leadership responsibility in multi-country payroll operations
• Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll operations and taxation, along with practical experience in Latin American payroll
• Experience managing in-house, outsourced, or co-sourced payroll models and geographically dispersed teams
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
