US People Experience Lead

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Chief People Officer, the full-time US People Experience Lead will shape and deliver the people vision for the US team, providing generalist support across the employee lifecycle while coaching and mentoring team members in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the people vision, strategy, and priorities for the US team
• Provide end-to-end generalist support across the US employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, and offboarding
• Coach and mentor the People Experience team, enhancing their capability and confidence

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of generalist HR/People experience, including a senior or lead capacity
• Hands-on multi-state US employment experience across employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave
• Experience supporting clinician populations in a health system, teleradiology, or telehealth setting
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategy
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of building capability in others
