Job Summary

Seeking a highly driven U.S. Recruiter for a full-time, 6-month contractual position who will own end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate engagement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment for U.S.-based startup roles from initial sourcing to offer acceptance
• Proactively identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for high-priority GTM and delivery roles
• Source candidates using various platforms and maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, particularly for U.S.-based roles
• Strong hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, especially in sourcing and pipeline management
• Proven track record of sourcing high-caliber talent for specialized skill sets
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn, and leveraging AI tools for recruitment efficiency
