Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely start-up of clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas, adhering to set metrics and quality targets
- Coordinate operations among central and local study teams for efficient study start-up activities
- Maintain internal tracking of study site status and ensure clear communication to meet activation timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, or related fields) or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in clinical operations or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and regulatory processes
