Job Summary
Serving as the Bank's primary point of contact throughout the USDA loan closing process, the remote USDA Loan Closer will manage a pipeline of loan closings, ensuring compliance with USDA requirements and facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the USDA loan closing pipeline from approval to funding, ensuring compliance with all requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to prepare and finalize loan documentation, meeting all closing conditions
- Monitor closing timelines, proactively addressing potential delays to ensure timely transactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of five years of related experience
- 2-3 years of Government Guaranteed Lending closing experience
