User Acceptance Testing Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote User Acceptance Testing Analyst will evaluate complex systems, develop and execute test plans, and ensure the quality and performance of software applications across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for Sardine's products, including dashboards, APIs, and mobile SDKs
- Identify, document, and track defects while performing regression testing to maintain existing functionality
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a user acceptance or functional testing role at banks or fintechs
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or working with banking infrastructure
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with SQL and understanding of REST API and tools like Postman
- Knowledge of testing methodologies including functional, performance, automation, API testing, and user acceptance testing
