User Experience Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Health & Human Services Agency, the remote User Experience Analyst will provide insights on user experience, create wireframes, and conduct user research to enhance digital products and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide input and reporting on user experience and accessibility standards for digital products
- Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes and conduct user research to validate design decisions
- Assess current systems from a human-centered design perspective and produce detailed reports with remediation suggestions
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of UX design experience, preferably with complex digital solutions
- Experience with screen readers and testing across multiple devices and browsers
- Proficient in wire-framing and visual design, with expertise in Adobe XD and Adobe Suite products
- Knowledge of 508 compliance, WCAG 2.1, and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree strongly desired; UX certifications preferred
