Seeking a visionary User Experience Design Director, the full-time remote position will shape the UX strategy for global retail and e-commerce platforms, leading a team of 12 to drive design excellence and integrate AI into the design process.
Key responsibilities

- Champion design thinking and maintain design quality standards across the organization

Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in UX or product design, particularly in global e-commerce and retail
- 5 years of people management experience
