User Experience Designer
Job Summary
Partnering with Product and Engineering, the full-time User Experience Designer will define user behavior outcomes, conduct research, and create rapid prototypes to enhance user engagement and product alignment in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct user research and experiments to validate design needs and reduce delivery risks
- Build and iterate prototypes using AI-assisted tools, translating validated problems into implementable designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate understanding of user needs and ensure high-quality execution of design solutions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of User Experience Design experience or equivalent demonstrated portfolio depth
- Experience building prototypes with AI coding tools and modifying front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Strong practice in prototyping and usability testing, with familiarity in tools like Figma
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards and their application to product design
- Experience running remote research exercises
