Job Summary
To enhance digital experiences for vehicle owners, the full-time remote User Experience Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user journeys, prototypes, and interface designs while leveraging AI-enabled tools for design exploration and validation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and refine Ford.com experiences to assist vehicle owners in accessing information and services
- Translate customer needs into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on customer feedback and performance data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX, interaction design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2-4 years of experience in UX or digital design, including relevant internships or projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in translating customer needs into user flows and interface designs
