Job Summary
To support mission-oriented projects, the fully remote User Experience Researcher will conduct user research, analyze findings, and create artifacts to enhance public services and improve user experiences with government offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and generative research activities, including stakeholder interviews and usability testing
- Create research artifacts such as empathy maps, personas, and journey maps to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze research results and implement user-centered design changes
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in UX, CX, service design, or product design
- Professional experience in conducting user research from planning to actionable insights
- Strong understanding of human-centered design strategies and methods
