Job Summary

Seeking freelance User Experience Study Testers to evaluate the onboarding and payment journey within the OKX cryptocurrency exchange app, this remote, task-based position focuses on completing a guided user journey, providing detailed feedback, and participating in weekly debrief calls.

Key responsibilities

• Register a new account on OKX and competitor apps, completing identity verification and making an initial crypto purchase
• Narrate experiences aloud while recording screen and audio, and submit recordings along with written feedback questionnaires
• Attend weekly debrief calls to discuss findings and insights

Required qualifications

• Must be a new user with no prior experience using OKX or competitor apps
• Valid government ID (passport, driver's license, residence permit, or eID) and a working payment method
• Fluent in the local language and able to narrate in English
• Access to both Android and iOS devices
• Ability to record screen with clear audio in a quiet, private space
