User Experience Tester
Job Summary
To evaluate the onboarding and payment journey within the OKX cryptocurrency exchange app, freelance User Experience Study Testers will complete a guided first-time user journey while providing detailed feedback on usability and overall user experience in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Register a new account on OKX and competitor apps, complete identity verification, and deposit funds
- Narrate thoughts aloud while recording screen and audio during the user journey
- Submit recordings and feedback questionnaires and attend a weekly debrief call
Required qualifications
- Must be a new user with no prior experience using OKX or competitor apps
- Possess a valid government ID and a working payment method
- Fluent in the local language and able to narrate in English
- Access to both Android and iOS devices
- Ability to record screen with clear audio in a quiet, private space
