User Research Tester for Instagram+
Job Summary
To support user research for Instagram+, the freelance User Research Tester will engage current paid subscribers from Brazil, India, or Thailand in a short-term study focused on their subscription experience, working remotely with a total time commitment of approximately 1.5-2 hours across two sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in user research sessions to provide feedback on the Instagram+ subscription experience
- Record and upload short video responses sharing personal insights and experiences with the app
- Complete two sessions approximately 7 days apart, with light ongoing attention to Instagram use in between
Required qualifications
- Current resident of Brazil, India, or Thailand
- Active paid subscriber of Instagram+ for more than one month
- Use of Instagram on an iPhone or Android smartphone
- Willingness to share Instagram username for subscription verification
- Comfortable completing the study in English or native language and recording video responses
