User Researcher

Job Summary

To support user-focused goals, the remote User Researcher II will design and execute end-to-end research studies, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product designs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies with guidance from senior team members
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing sessions, and surveys, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
• Synthesize research findings into clear insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in UX Research or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in qualitative research methods including interviews and observational studies
• Working knowledge of quantitative research methods including survey design and basic statistical analysis
• Experience with evaluative research including usability testing and heuristic evaluation
