User Researcher

Job Summary

Supporting product research initiatives, the full-time User Researcher will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and conduct studies, synthesize customer evidence, and communicate findings to enhance product decisions and user experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with researchers and product teams to clarify research questions and define study goals
• Conduct various research activities, including interviews and usability sessions, while following established practices
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop findings and share insights with the product team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in user experience research, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ years of experience
• Experience in research methods that influence product direction and experience design
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams in an iterative environment
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and their impact on customer needs in software development
