USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote RN Trainer (Contract) will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation while ensuring compliance with client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, and refresher training in both classroom and virtual environments
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback during nesting and on-the-job training (OJT) to meet clinical and operational standards
• Prepare and submit training reports and maintain training documentation in alignment with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation within healthcare operations or managed care
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
