USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote RN Trainer (Contract) will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, deliver just-in-time coaching, and manage training documentation and schedules while ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in both classroom and virtual settings
• Deliver just-in-time support and coaching to learners on client processes and expectations
• Prepare and maintain training documentation, reports, and certification trackers in alignment with program standards

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in customer service or member-facing environments preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Prior training, coaching, or facilitation experience in healthcare operations or managed care preferred
