USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support seasonal training needs, the contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training in case management, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation and schedules in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing upskilling in both classroom and virtual settings
• Monitor learner progress through case simulations and performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching during nesting/OJT
• Prepare and submit accurate training reports and maintain training documentation in alignment with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in customer service or member-facing environments
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Prior experience in facilitation, coaching, or training within healthcare operations or managed care preferred
