USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, deliver just-in-time support, and manage training documentation while ensuring compliance with client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, refresher, and ongoing training in classroom and virtual environments
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback during nesting and on-the-job training to ensure readiness for production
• Prepare and submit training reports and maintain training documentation in alignment with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in customer service or member-facing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Prior experience in facilitation, coaching, or training within healthcare operations is preferred
