USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support seasonal training needs, the fully remote contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, provide just-in-time support, and manage training documentation and schedules while ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing education in both classroom and virtual settings
• Monitor learner progress and provide coaching and feedback during nesting and on-the-job training
• Prepare and maintain accurate training documentation, reports, and schedules in alignment with client standards

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation within healthcare operations preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
