USRN Nurse Trainer

Job Summary

To support a seasonal ramp, the fully remote contract RN Trainer will facilitate new hire and ongoing training, provide coaching on client processes, and maintain training documentation while ensuring alignment with program standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire, upskilling, and refresher training in both classroom and virtual settings
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback during nesting and on-the-job training (OJT) to ensure readiness for production
• Prepare and submit training reports and maintain training materials in compliance with client requirements

Required qualifications

• Active USRN license (United States Registered Nurse)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in Case Management or Care Coordination
• Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation within healthcare operations preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and related payer requirements
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms
