Utah Academic Program Evaluator

Job Summary

To support the Office of Admissions, the part-time Application Evaluator will review graduate school applications and residency requests, ensuring compliance with university policies while working remotely for 19 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate graduate applications and residency requests for tuition purposes
• Process and verify academic credentials and monitor student files for accuracy
• Respond to inquiries from students and campus partners via email and Teams

Required qualifications

• Three years of general office experience, with one year in an academic setting preferred
• Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills
• Ability to learn and apply technical information quickly
• College coursework in a related area is preferred
• Must reside in Utah to be eligible for the position
