Utah Licensed Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support complex healthcare applications, the full-time Utah Licensed Application Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and integration while managing projects and mentoring other analysts in a fully remote setting with occasional on-site presence required for quarterly meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical support, configuration, and maintenance of healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
- Analyze and diagnose problems, translating technological requirements into design specifications
- Manage projects related to application technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field
- Eight years of work experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year of applications experience
- Certification in Epic applications, with a requirement to maintain certification
- In-depth knowledge of system analysis and operating systems used in a hospital setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables), Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word
