Job Summary
To support healthcare applications, the full-time salaried Utah Licensed Application Analyst will provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for various systems while working remotely on a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for healthcare applications throughout their lifecycle
- Gather and translate technological requirements into design specifications while managing small projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot and implement system integrations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or four years of experience while actively pursuing a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification on one or more Epic applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Visio
- Knowledge of system analysis and operating systems
