Job Summary
To support the training of future nurses, a Part-Time Utah Licensed Clinical Nursing Instructor will mentor nursing students at local clinical sites, guiding them through hands-on experiences while maintaining their own nursing practice.
Key responsibilities
- Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings
- Coach and mentor students as they develop clinical skills, judgment, and confidence
- Observe student performance and provide meaningful feedback and evaluation
Required qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Utah
- Master's degree in Nursing
- 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience
