Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Collections Representative will manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing exceptional customer service from a home-based workspace within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect on overdue accounts
- Deliver top-tier support and service to customers
- Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program
Required qualifications:
- Customer service and prior collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications
- Experience in a customer service or call center environment
