Job Summary

To support a growing ACA Health Insurance team, the full-time Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent will educate consumers on health insurance options, guide them through the application and enrollment process, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Educate consumers on Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace health insurance options
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment process
• Maintain compliance with applicable CMS, Marketplace, carrier, and company requirements

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing
• Active National Producer Number (NPN)
• Newly licensed insurance agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required
• Ability to complete and maintain all required ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training
• Strong computer navigation skills with the ability to learn and work within multiple systems
