Job Summary
Independently managing the full permit lifecycle for telecommunications projects, the full-time Utah Licensed Permit Coordinator will oversee applications for pole attachment, city, county, DOT, ROW, and environmental permits while coordinating with permitting authorities and supporting team members remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage permit applications across multiple authority types for simultaneous projects
- Serve as a direct point of contact with permitting authorities, managing application status and expediting approvals
- Review permit packages for completeness and compliance, ensuring high first-pass approval rates
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a Permit Coordinator role or equivalent telecommunications permitting experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in preparing and submitting permit applications for various authority types
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications permitting regulations and processes
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and management software (QB, P2, or equivalent)
- High attention to detail with a proven track record of strong first-pass permit approval rates
