Job Summary
To support high-quality patient care, the part-time Utah Licensed Pharmacy Technician will obtain and review post-discharge medical records, navigate multiple electronic medical record systems, and conduct outreach to members to update medication lists, all while working remotely in the MST time zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Obtain and review medical records related to recent discharges
- Conduct outreach to members and providers to confirm care relationships and medication lists
- Identify medication discrepancies and prepare detailed reports for pharmacist review
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Current, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician licensure in the state of Utah
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- 1+ years of retail pharmacy experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel
