Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, a part-time Utah Licensed Physical Therapist will provide virtual consultations, assess patient needs, and optimize treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide telehealth services to both existing patients and new referrals from the organization

Required qualifications
- Current Utah state-specific physical therapy license
