Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the part-time Utah Licensed Physical Therapist will provide virtual consultations, assess patient needs, and support treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess patients' musculoskeletal needs
- Support and optimize treatment plans for improved patient outcomes
- Manage referrals from PeteDME and expand services for existing patients
Required qualifications
- Valid Utah state-specific Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Liability insurance coverage
- Experience with telehealth services
