Job Summary
To innovate and enhance healthcare experiences, the full-time remote Utah Licensed Senior Informaticist will independently perform workflow and system analysis, functional design for software development, and support the implementation and training of EHR and other clinical applications.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze workflows and utilize technology to improve caregiver efficiency and patient care
- Serve as a liaison between clinical users and software development teams to ensure solutions meet safety and best practice standards
- Lead complex projects and initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement and effective change management
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in informatics, including gap analysis and clinical workflow analysis
- Proven ability to influence clinical leaders and manage conflict resolution
- Experience with EHR systems such as Cerner or Epic
- Registered Nurse or other licensed clinical incumbents must maintain current state licensure
- Experience in leading complex projects and cultivating relationships with executive leaders
