Utilities Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing consulting practice, the full-time Utilities Project Manager will lead major projects, provide overall project management and data analytics, and serve as a key advisor to clients in the utilities industry, working remotely across the US.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall project management and oversight across all functional areas of consulting engagements
• Serve as a key consultant to external clients, addressing analytic questions and managing project timelines
• Develop and manage project plans, collaborating with business analysts to define project scope and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent, with consideration for relevant experience in lieu of education
• At least 10 years of experience in the utilities industry, including 5 years in advisory consulting
• Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver informatics and business intelligence projects
• Familiarity with data analysis issues in the utilities sector and advanced methods such as AI/Machine Learning preferred
