Utility Bill Data Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Utility Bill Data Manager, the full-time remote position will manage, analyze, and optimize utility accounts across a diverse property portfolio, ensuring accurate invoice processing and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and validate utility invoices for accuracy and manage account setups, transfers, and closures
• Coordinate with bill pay vendors to establish and manage utility accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
• Maintain comprehensive utility account databases and generate reports on utility costs and consumption trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Energy Management, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of Utility Bill Data Management experience within large operations
• Experience coordinating with third-party bill pay vendors and managing small teams
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and experience working with multinational clients
