Utility Technician

Job Summary

To support client relationships, the part-time Utility Technician will manage utility service transfers, respond to correspondence, and communicate with vendors and clients while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research property condition and inspection reports to confirm utility status
• Make and receive calls to vendors, clients, and utility companies for service management
• Document all actions and maintain necessary training and compliance records

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office and computer experience required
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
• Experience interacting with utility companies preferred
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
