UX Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Designer will lead design activities on client projects, facilitating discovery and collaboration to create user-centered applications for enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX and design activities, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges
- Facilitate design workshops and continuous discovery sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on solutions
- Develop and implement design systems, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience across various devices
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in UX design for clients, with a strong portfolio of complex products
- Minimum of 2 years working with agile Scrum methodologies and at least 1 year of Lean UX experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch for prototyping
- Strong understanding of Incremental/Agile UX practices and experience with USWDS preferred
