UX Designer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced UX Designer for a full-time remote position, who will lead website projects from research and discovery through to design hand-off, turning business and user requirements into effective experience strategies and high-quality digital outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing discovery and UX strategy engagements, translating business goals and user needs into clear UX recommendations
- Own UX workstreams from discovery through design handoff, managing client expectations and facilitating collaboration across teams
- Stay current with evolving UX practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in UX methods and tools
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX, particularly for websites in complex B2B environments
- Demonstrated experience leading client-facing UX strategy and delivery for digital platforms and applications
- Strong command of UX strategy, user-centered design, and information architecture
- Proficiency with Figma and related tools for wireframing and prototyping
- Experience managing client relationships and facilitating workshops at senior levels
