UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning customer research and UX design, the full-time UX Designer will work remotely to conduct user research, create prototypes, and design interfaces for IT administrators, ensuring data-driven product decisions and enhancing user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customer research, including participant recruitment, session moderation, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations
- Develop static and interactive prototypes for testing with IT administrators prior to engineering commitment
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to build relationships with users and understand their unique needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B software products that are currently in-market
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive research that influences product development
- Experience in quantitative research methods, including surveys and satisfaction tracking
- Proficiency in building and testing prototypes using tools like Figma
- Experience as the sole UX Designer on a product team, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers
