UX Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the UX/CX Designer will design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, collaborating with stakeholders and utilizing user-centered design methodologies to create high-fidelity prototypes.
Key responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes
- Apply user-centered design methods to frame problems and connect user insights to design decisions
- Plan and facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users
Required qualifications
- Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from a recognized program
- 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI, product, or service design experience
- Strong UX/UI design skills demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work
- Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable
- Ability to gather user context independently and turn it into design strategy and execution
