UX Designer
Job Summary
To support a growing product team, the full-time remote UX Designer will manage the entire product development process, from brainstorming to launch, while collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative solutions and validate concepts through user research and prototyping.
Key responsibilities
- Shape ideas into testable hypotheses by defining problems, target customers, and business cases
- Lead discovery research by planning and conducting interviews, workshops, and usability sessions to gather insights
- Build proof-of-concept prototypes using AI-assisted tools and collaborate with developers to ensure a seamless handoff
Required qualifications
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of markets, buyers, pricing, and ROI
- Demonstrated ability in rapid prototyping and fluency with AI-assisted building tools
- Hands-on experience in discovery research and direct engagement with customers and stakeholders
- Foundational knowledge in UX and product design with a portfolio of shipped work
- Experience in product management, including scoping, prioritization, and stakeholder management
