Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Designer will create and define user-centered experiences for products and services, utilizing qualitative and quantitative research to enhance user engagement across multiple devices and channels.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in defining UX strategy by aligning user needs with business goals through research and analysis
- Conduct various research methods, including usability testing and interviews, to gather actionable insights for design improvements

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in user experience design
- Experience in researching and designing user experience solutions independently

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirements
