Job Summary
Collaborating with Product Managers and engineers, the full-time UX Designer will design user workflows, UI, and detailed specifications for priority solutions, utilizing AI tools to enhance research, prototyping, and design production in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions from discovery through delivery
- Conduct AI-augmented user research to uncover pain points and workflow needs, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
- Design end-to-end workflows, producing flow diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while testing with users
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a UX design role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for design workflow, including research synthesis and prototyping
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools, including AI-integrated design applications
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end fundamentals for effective collaboration with engineers
- A Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience
