Job Summary
Collaborating with the Experience Design team, the remote UX Designer Contractor will shape creative strategy, conduct user research, and develop user-centered digital experiences for a variety of clients and products.
Key responsibilities
- Shape creative strategy and conceptual UX direction for digital products and experiences
- Participate in discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews and user needs analysis
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, personas, and user flows to guide design and development
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of UX design experience at a digital consultancy, agency, or product-focused organization
- College degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, cognitive science, design, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions across multiple devices and platforms
- Mastery of core UX deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications
- Experience with UX research methods and conducting interviews with diverse audiences
