UX Designer II
Job Summary
A company is looking for a UX Designer II to drive product-led growth strategy and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects within the Growth Portfolio, from research to execution
- Design and optimize user experiences to enhance activation, retention, and conversion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and self-service workflows
Qualifications and Skills
- 3-5+ years of experience in UX design at a B2B Product-Led Growth SaaS company
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user analytics, or experimentation frameworks is a plus
