UX Designer III

Job Summary

To elevate the design quality of AI-powered tools, the remote UX Designer III will manage design research, product design, visual branding, and the development of a cohesive design system in a contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct design research and usability testing to translate findings into actionable product improvements
• Create design specifications, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups, while building interactive prototypes for stakeholder alignment
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with internal tools or B2B products
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, interaction design, and graphic design
• Proficiency in Figma for specifications, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience managing multiple concurrent design requests and prioritizing based on impact
• Self-directed with the ability to quickly adapt through structured onboarding
